Dos galerias asociadas, un museo y varios sitios culturales simultaneamente.

En este sentido, “NINEZ DE LA LUZ … expresa y simboliza la Vision en un Renacer individual e interior hacia una plataforma colectiva de un anteproyecto al Congreso que estructure un mejoramiento de la educacion hacia un proceso Formativo integral en la Ninez -FIN.
